At Pinnacle Precision, our factory isn’t just a workspace—it’s a reflection of our philosophy. Purpose-built in Florence, Mississippi, the facility houses state-of-the-art loading and inspection systems tailored specifically for the needs of law enforcement.
We’ve invested in cutting-edge technology and automation, but it’s the discipline and intent behind our process that sets us apart. Each step, from case prep to final boxing, is done with an obsessive focus on uniformity and quality. Our team understands that every round may end up in a life-or-death scenario—and we operate accordingly.
We maintain tight control over our loading environment. Powder is measured to within extreme tolerances. Seating depths are constantly verified. Environmental factors are accounted for in every production cycle. At Pinnacle Precision, every single cartridge is subjected to advanced dimensional inspection using the Mectron Q-5000 Qualifier®—an industry-leading system trusted worldwide for its accuracy and reliability. This isn’t just spot-checking; it’s 100% part-by-part validation that guarantees each round meets critical tolerances.

While others rely on batch sampling or spot checks, Pinnacle inspects 100% of our ammunition—every single round, without exception.
The Q-5000 uses a 16-point laser array to provide full 360° dimensional scanning along the entire cartridge, backed by high-resolution CCD cameras that inspect critical features like primer seats, head stamps, flash holes, and case alignment. Advanced software compares every measurement against exact tolerances, instantly flagging even the slightest deviation. If a round shows signs of irregular case length, shoulder geometry, groove width, off-center flash holes, cosmetic damage, or an inverted or cocked primer—it’s automatically rejected.
